It is well known that a sound mind dwells in a sound body. Therefore a student needs both academic physically growth. Research shows Sports and games are very important to keep the student healthy and fit. It is best way to learn how to tackle the difficult situation. It develops a sense of friendliness team spirit.
But recently a fact came to light that mostly student spend their time in the class & for education. They don't have time for sports & co-curricular activities. Even they don't have time to take healthy food. generally they depend on fast food. These things are affecting the physical fitness of the student badly. Both Parents and Educational organizations are responsible for this. They have to study many books and their course structure is so heavy. Over expectation by the parents is the big concern for students, especially teenagers. Parents impose their will & ambitions to their children. They force their children to attend extra tuition classes to fulfill their wish. Students don't have time to take a sigh of relief as they are always busy with their books since morning to late night.
We need physically fit students to make the nation strong. Student's course structure should be econsidered. Sports a and other activities must be given priority. In this modern era we need to that games contribute in the formation of character and good Values.
