In the present modern life style, are not bother about cur health and our eating habits Today, one has to encounter with pressure of performance competition, corruption, government policies and many more things. These all things create stress, pressurs Frustration Thess all things force the people towards drugs, suicide and alcoholism, even sometime compal them to take an illegal step.

Today we have many things which make our life comfortable for example mobiles, machine, metro, emails, social networking websites. Today people don't have time to devote towards their health. Even they don't know, these things are affecting the physical fitness of the Grudent badly. Once we trap into trouble then we realize the side effects of the modern life style. Nowadays even at the age of 30 the symptoms of bad health problems are felt. Today, a lot of people sit whole days in offices in front of their PCs and forget how important it is to do regular physical exercises. 

As life is very precious, we need to lead it in well manner. We must realize the importance of proper eating habits. waking up early in the morning, sleeping on time and doing some physical exercise regularly. Human being need to invest some time with nuture.
