I purchased a.............. on dated 20th Feb. 2015, bill no 1002/01/sp for your showroom I purchased this product from your showroom due to your due to your good name in the market for many years. First 2 week this very well. But now I regret to inform you that the machine is not working properly. It is not washing the clothes properly and it is making much noise. You know very well that without a good, working washing machine, it is very difficult for us to go on even for a 2-3 days.

The is in warranty period. Therefor request to you to replace or repair this product immediately. I hope you would understand my problem and try to solve it early.
